How to troubleshoot “checkered” Slots in Vetera

This Article explains the Steps that needs to be done in Vetera to troubleshoot "checkered" Slots, which manipulates Online Booking Slots.



What are checkered Slots?


Checkered Slots are Online Booking Slots that are overlapped by a "Cross-day Appointment" and look like this in Vetera:


"Zeiten"- View:



"Multi"- View:


"Cross-day Appointments" that overlap Online Booking Slots in Vetera will lead to no Availabilty in Vetstoria and need to be deleted from the Rota".


Steps that Clinic need to take:


1. Delete the "Cross-day Appointments" that overlap Online Booking Slots in Vetera

2. Request a Restart of the Communication Services through Vetera


Steps the IT need to take:


1. Restart the Communication Services for the Clinic (only via the Windows Administrator + Main Server!)


This can be found in Vetera's "Extra"-Settings >"Interfaces (Schnittstellen)" > Vetstoria "Set up Service (Dienst einrichten)"
