This Article show you how you can change the Duration to the furthest available Slots you want to show your Pet Owners in the Booking Tool.
Important: Generally the Setting “Duration for the furthest available Slot” in Vetstoria OABP is the only one to change. BUT with Vetera Clinic there is an exception and it also needs to be done directly through the Vetera Settings.
1. Login to Vetera
2. Go to “Extras > Einstellungen > Termin > Einstellungen > Schnittstelle”
3. On the Vetstoria Interface you can see a Setting saying “ Termin in Zukunft”:
4. Add the Days into the “Termin in Zukunft” you wish to offer your Pet Owners for Online Booking.
5. Save the Changes and restart Vetera
Troubleshooting if the Availability is still not showing up correct in Vetstoria:
Please contact your IT and ask them to restart the Communication-Server of the Vetstoria Interface in Vetera via their Windows Administrator.
