This article will guide you through the process of enabling Vetstoria in Vetera and can only be set up by the Clinic's IT Administrator.
These configurations should be done only in your clinic Server. Do not configure this in the clinic workstations (eg. reception desk)
1. Log into the Vetera system via the Windows administrator.
2. To use the Vetstoria integration of VETERA.net, please activate the checkbox "Online appointment scheduling via Vetstoria" in Extras > Settings > Appointments > Settings in the tab "Interfaces":
3. Make sure that the following settings are filled in under the section "Online appointment via Vetstoria":
Please tick the box marked "Active"
1a. Enter the "User name", the "Password" and the "Clinic hash", which are released by Vetstoria. (case sensitive!)
1b. Enter the "Appointment Type Reference" as the "Default Appointment" & select the "Appointment Duration", "Appointment in Future" and "Break Duration".
2. Please test the data now via the "Test connection" button
3. The next step is to click on "Update master data" to synchronise the data between VETERA.net and Vetstoria for first use.
Step 3 is always necessary when new users are to be made available in vetstoria.
4 & 5: A Windows service must then be set up to take over the synchronisation for you fully automatically. To do this, click on "Set up service" (4) and then select "Add" (5). You may be asked to enter user account data.
Please enter the data of the Windows administrator here
6 & 7: If you now click on "Start" (6), the service will be executed from then on. You can now close the window (7). Please restart VETERA.net once.
