How to configure Mep 24 in Vetera to work with Online appointments?

Modified on Fri, 9 Aug at 12:19 PM

This article will guide you through the process of configuring Mep 24 to work with Vetstoria Online appointment scheduling system.

Working hours in the VETERA.net appointment calendar

To manage the times with VETERA.net please click on Times on the right side of the screen. After that you can insert the desired working times for the individual columns (employees or resources) by means of right mouse clicks.

Please select the column you want to edit first with a left mouse-click, and then the menu opens with a right mouse-click.

You can choose between Weekly working hours, Absence, Practice opening hours, Individual working hours and Emergency service.

Weekly Working hours are repeated every week (automatically) and cannot be copied to other employees, but can be created individually per column. Only for new weekly working hours you have the option to set them for several employees or resources (image). They can be entered full day - without lunch break or half day with a lunch break. Unfortunately, more than two daily periods (morning and afternoon) cannot be managed.

Absence Notes are displayed in blue, can be created for specific employees or resources, or for all resources (see picture). They cannot be copied to other employees or resources. If desired, the employee who is absent is at the top of the absence list. (Here Dr. Strahlschön). Vacation, seminar or other reasons can be entered as a remark. Several absences can be entered at once with the "Add" button. So you can easily enter your whole vacation at once.

Please be aware that this is not recognized by Vetstoria.
Please instead block the days/slots with Block offs. Find the Guide how to do so, here.

Opening hours are cross-employee (for whole practice) and are the lowest in terms of priority - all other working times have higher priority in the display.

They can also be divided into two daily sections, like the weekly working times.

Individual working hours are shaded in blue and can be entered per employee per calendar week. This week can then be duplicated/copied for the same employee or for additional and for individually selected calendar weeks. Right mouse over existing individual working times and select the item "Edit" (IMPORTANT - if NEW is selected, all existing individual working times for this week will be overwritten). Then at the bottom click on "Copy" and in the following window select all employees/resources and select the desired KW by holding down the CTRL key and clicking the mouse. With "Apply" the individual working times are set.

Emergency Service is shaded orange and is similar to the individual working times in the functions. Right mouse click on existing emergency times and there select the option "Edit" (IMPORTANT - with NEW all existing emergency times for this week will be overwritten). In the following window select the option "Copy" whereupon a new window opens in which you also select the employees and / or resources plus the desired KW. By "Apply" you confirm your selection. The emergency service is also displayed at the top of the calendar, if desired, with the employees who are assigned there. (Here Dr. Mindful)

! Please be aware that Vetstoria is not recongnising colors.

Wenn Sie umfangreichere Ansprüche an die Personalverwaltung haben, empfehlen wir Ihnen die Schnittstelle zu MEP24 oder Vetstage Tempus.
