How to troubleshoot in Vetera when the clinicians are not getting retrieved in Vetstoria account?

This article will guide you through the process of troubleshooting in Vetera when the clinicians are not getting retrieved in Vetstoria account.

Follow the below steps in order to retrieve the clinicians in Vetstoria account.

1.  Login to the Vetera.

2.  Click on "Extras" > "Einstellungen"


3.  "Einstellungen" screen will open up. Click on the "+" to expand the "Termin" from the                menu on the left and then click "Einstellungen".


4.  Click on the "Schnittstellen" tab.


5.  Under the "Online Terminvergabe über Vetstoria" section, click on the "Stammdaten        aktualisieren" button.


6.  Then try to retrieve the clinicians in Vetstoria account and check whether the clinician is                  retrieved.
