This Article will show you how to restart the Communication Server in the Vetstoria Interface in Vetera to establish again the connection between Vetstoria and Vetera.
If the online booking tool for your clinic has been automatically turned off due to the API failure. It will automatically come back on with the restoration of the connectivity.
Please restart the Vetera service following the below steps:
1. Please click on "Extras" > "Einstellungen" > "Termin" > "Einstellungen" > "Schnittstelle"
2. Click here under in the Vetstoria interface, click "Dienst einrichten" and then click "Neustart"
3. Then save the settings and restart Vetera
