This article will walk you through the process of creating a client and patient record in ezyVet which will be used when scheduling an unmatched appointment.
Log in to your ezyVet PIMS and click the "Contacts" tab located on the top.
1. Type "Vetstoria" on the search field on the column on the left.
2. The client record should have a animal recorded as "Vetstoria New Pet".
3. Add a note in the contact note “please do not overwrite this contact as it is linked to Vetstoria's online booking platform.” Make sure you tick the "notes important" box.
4. Once the client record is saved, right-click on the client record tab and click on the 'Copy Link' option to obtain the client record URL and save it on a notepad, as shown in the image below.
5. Click on the "Animals" tab
6. Search for "Vetstoria new pet"
7. Add a note "please do not overwrite this contact as it is linked to Vetstoria's online booking platform” (make sure to untick "Notes Important")
8. Once the patient file is saved, right-click on the animal record tab and click on the 'Copy Link' option to obtain the Patient record URL and save that to the same notepad as the Contact URL.
Please send an email to support@vetstoria.com with the Client Record URL and Patient Record URL from your notepad for your unmatched appointments to be mapped correctly.
