How do I create the "Online" appointment type in ezyVet?

This article will walk you through the process of setting up the "Online" appointment type in ezyVet

As part of the Vetstoria setup, you will be required to create a new appointment type in ezyVet called "Online". In order to create an Online appointment type, please follow the following steps.


  1.  Log in to the ezyVet PIMS and select "Admin." Then, in the left-hand dropdown menu, select "Settings".   
  2. Then click "Appointment Types," and the New Appointment Type screen will appear.     
  3. You will be facilitated to create a new appointment type. 
  • Enter the Name of the appointment type as "Online".
  • Select the colour from the colour scheme.
  • Enter the Booking Group - can be anything of your choosing, or use another appointment type as a reference if you're not sure.
  • Make sure to include all Departments/Branches in the Department section.
  • Select a Reminder/Communication Group - use your other appointment types as a reference if you're not sure.                                                      

       

      4.  Click on the " Save" button to save the changes.
