This article will walk you through how to process an unmatched appointment on ezyVet.


Unmatched appointments basically mean that the client and patient visiting your clinic are new i.e. they have never visited the clinic before. Given below is how such an appointment would look like:


Now, based on the information mentioned in the Appointment Description highlighted in below screenshot:



You will then need to create a new contact and animal based on the above mentioned information. Given below is a video that will guide you on how to do this:
