How is a cancelled appointment displayed in VisionVPM?

This article will explain how a cancelled appointment is displayed in Vision for both a matched and unmatched appointment.

Matched Appointment

When a matched appointment is cancelled, the relevant time slot in VisionVPM will turn to the corresponding colour configured for the appointment status - 'cancelled clinic' as depicted in the screenshot below (i.e in this instance, it is set up as black). You will be able to see the appointment in detail when you hover over the time slot.

Please note that the appointment slots will not get removed after the cancellation of an appointment. When an appointment is cancelled via the online booking tool, the status will change to "Cancelled Clinic".

Unmatched Appointment

Unlike the colour change applied to the relevant time slot in VisionVPM system for a matched appointment, when an unmatched appointment is cancelled via the online booking tool, there won't be any colour change applied to the relevant time slot.

When an appointment is cancelled via the online booking tool, the appointment status will change to "Cancelled Clinic".
