How do I change the color of the 'Cancelled Clinic' appointment status in VisionVPM for Cancelled/Rescheduled bookings?

This article will walk you through the process of adding color codes to the 'Cancelled Clinic' appointment status in Vision in order to distinguish Cancelled/Rescheduled online bookings.


This will allow your receptionists to easily determine Cancelled/Rescheduled online appointments and manually delete them.



Please follow the following steps to configure the Vision to apply the required color codes to the 'Cancelled Clinic' appointment status.



1) Navigate to Vision Appointment Book and then select the 'Setup' option.



2) Navigate through the following path and check if “Cell background color based on” is set to “Appointment status. ”Vision Appointment Book >> Setup >> Global settings >> Settings scope >> Global >> Cell background color based on >> Appointment status >> Save.




3) In the window, go to 'Status Type' and double-click on the 'Cancelled Clinic' status type.


4) In the 'Edit the Status Type' window, select 'black color'  and click 'OK.'
