Display the symbols on rescheduled and cancelled appointments in Evet Pulse

For evetPractice Pulse clinics, we have a limitation where any canceled appointment and/or initial appointment upon rescheduling still stays in the PIMS. However, for easy identification, the said appointments will be depicted as per the image below with a ‘Stop Symbol’.


How do we configure the symbol to be displayed in evetPractice?



1. Log into your evetPractice system and click on "Settings".


   



2. Click on “Calendar” and select "Confirm Status".


   




3. You will be able to create and edit appointment statuses

    

   



4. Click on “Add Confirm Status

    a. Name: "Canceled"

    b. Type: "Canceled"

    c. Assign the appropriate symbol for the "appointment confirm statuses" and Save

        



5. Once the above-mentioned steps have been completed, the respective Icon will be visible in evetPractice on top of all

    rescheduled and canceled appointments



"Make sure to retrieve appointment types (see below) in your Vetsoria Admin Portal   under Settings ==> Appointment Types"
