How to configure your evetPractice practice system to display the symbols on rescheduled and cancelled appointments

For evetPractice clinics, we have a limitation where any cancelled appointment and / initial appointment upon rescheduling still stays in the PIMS. However, for easy identification, the said appointments will be depicted as per the image below with a ‘Stop Symbol’.



How do we configure the symbol to be displayed in evetPractice?


  1. Log into your evetPractice system.

  2. Go to "settings"

  3. Click on "Confirm Status"                        


             
  4.  You will be able to create and edit appointment statuses, Click on the "Edit" logo   
  5.  Assign the appropriate symbol for the "appointment confirm statuses" and save.   
  6. Once the above-mentioned steps have been completed, the respective Icon will be visible in evetPractice on top of all rescheduled and cancelled appointments.


Make sure to retrive appointment types (see below) in your Vetsoria Admin Portal under the Settings ==> Appointment Types
