How do I enable clinician clipboards for online booking in VisionVPM?

This article will walk you through the process of setting up resource groups in VisionVPM. Once the resource group is set up, you will be able to select the Vet by name or by Consult/Room name.


Resource groups are assigned as follows: 


  1. If you have multiple branches, you must set them up as separate clinics in Vison. To ensure that all of the branches/branches are added, navigate to Maintenance > Lookup Lists > General Clinics.
  2. Once the branch has been added, go to Maintenance > System Defaults > Click 'Vetstoria Setup' in the menu on the left to assign a resource group.




3. Select the Online Resource Group (the relevant clinic that you wish to enable for online booking) from the drop-down menu, then select the Appointment Type as Unlinked Online Booking or Online Appointment, and then click Update.



The clinician clipboards will now be available to be configured in Vetstoria. Please email support@vetstoria.com to reflect the necessary changes to the online booking tool.
