Setting up multi-clinicians in ProvetCloud

This article will walk you through how to set up multi-clinicians in Provet Cloud. Follow the steps below.

1. Pick a time slot from a user or a resource and right click on it

2. Select “Other” from the “Appointment type” drop-down

3. Enter $$<code> ($$Julien) in the “Reason” text box. Enter a note in the “Preliminary notes (for internal use)” field. Since this field is mandatory to create the block this must be used.

4. Save this block. Time slots will be updated. 

• Vetstoria identifies each 'code' in your scheduling platform and associates the vet name to it.

• The clinician code will need to be added for each day in the diary.
