This article will guide you through the process of adding your clinicians (users) to our online booking platform.
Before setting up the shifts, you need to ensure Online Booking in enabled on Provet Cloud. Given below is how you can do this:
First click on Shifts located on the side menu:
You will need to create the shift hours to define the time period for online booking, and there are two ways to do this.
Method 1 - Starting from the beginning.
After completing the previous steps, navigate to the calendar section below and select the specific day for which you wish to define this shift.
Method 2 - Updating an existing shift:
Scroll down to the calendar section and double click on the relevant shift you would like to update:
**If you do not see the online booking checkbox; it may be because the shift type being used doesn't have online booking enabled. To rectify this, follow the steps below to enable it:
Once you select shift types, cross check that the relevant shift types you configured has online booking enabled for it:
