How to sync your appointment types (reasons) with Vetstoria in Provet Cloud

This article will guide you through the process of syncing up appointment types in Provet Cloud for online booking.

Click Settings then Lists and Templates -> Reasons 



Click Add and fill in the details as follows.

  • Select a Colour from the drop-down list.
  • Select the duration of the appointment type.
  • Available Online must be ticked if you need to sync the appointment types for Online booking.
