This article will guide you through the process of obtaining API details for Provet Cloud
Enabling the Vetstoria Integration
Clinics can activate the Vetstoria integration on Provet Cloud by navigating to the following path:
Path → Login to ProvetCloud >> Settings >> Integrations >> Open API access >> click ‘Add Application’ >> select ‘Vetstoria’.
Granting Permissions for the Vetstoria User
When the Vetstoria integration is enabled, a virtual user will be created by the name ‘Integration Vetstoria’ under the permission group ‘API user’.
Path → Login to ProvetCloud >> Settings >> Users >> select API User from the ‘Permissions group’ and click on Virtual.
On the above screen scroll down to find the Permission groups.
Select the “shield“ icon to view the allocated permissions. In there the following permissions must be enabled for “Read“ and “Write“.
General: Can access / edit patients and clients
General: Can access / edit consultation and its items
General: Can add notes and communication
Calendar: Enable all permissions
Profile: Can access user profile page
Settings: Can access settings page and Can access/edit Location settings
