This article will guide you through identifying when Vetstoria appointments are booked on top of existing appointments/block-offs. As an eVetPractice limitation, we have already identified that existing appointments/block-offs on resources that are edited or cancelled are moved to the first or "left-most" resource for a given day.
If the “left-most” resource is available on Vetstoria, these block-offs/appointments are not identified, allowing the pet owners to book on top of them.
To resolve this issue and confusion, it's recommended that you create a new resource called Primary Resource and designate this calendar as the first resource on the schedule as below. Alternatively, you could use an existing resource that is not currently assigned for online booking.
This will help to alleviate appointments getting booked on top of existing block-offs/appointments.
