This article will walk you through how to link appointments to clinical records on ezyVet.
When it comes to Clinical records, it is important to note that a record does not get created automatically for a new client and that you would need to manually add this, this is a limitation Vetstoria has with Ezyvet.
Given below are steps on how to do this:
For Matched appointments (if the clinical record already exists on Ezyvet):
For Matched appointments (if the clinical record does not exist on Ezyvet):
For Unmatched appointments:
Once you create the new Contact and Animal, go back and link the contact and animal and then click on save and close, and you will see that a clinical record gets automatically created. You will then need to double-click the appointment again to see the clinical record. Given below is a video on this:
