How to download Calendar Invites for Google & Apple Calendar

This article will help you understand how to download a Calendar Invite from the Confirmation Email. 

Everytime pet owners are booking an appointment, they will receive a confirmation email. 

If they decide to reschedule or cancel the appointment, they will receive a confirmation email about that as well. 

How to set up "Calendar Invites"

1. Log in into your Vetstoria Account 

2. Go to "Settings > "Advanced Settings" > "Reminders" 

3. Switch the Toggle to "Yes" to activate the Calendar Invite & to "No" to deactivate Calendar Invites

How to download a Calendar Invite for Google Calendar

All the the top of the Pet Owners Email Confirmation will appear the Google Invite, which can be downloaded in their Calendar when they click on "Yes".

How to download a Calendar Invite for Apple Devices

If Pet Owners scroll down to the End of the Confirmation Email sent out by Vetstoria, they can find the link (see in Screenshot) to download the Calendar Invite in their Apple Calendar.

They can easily click on "Download" and the Appointment will show up in their Apple Calendar.
