How to add Clinicians?
First, select your preferred clinician name format for use with your PMS.
This is the matching method vetstoria will use with the information on your PMS calendar and all added clinicians must follow this format.
There are 2 format types you can choose:
- $$code - $$ is followed by the initials of the clinician. i.e: $$JS, for Dr. John Smith. Everything following the space, is ignored.
This method is the recommended format.
Examples:- $$JS
- $$JohnSmith
- $$DrJohnSmith
2. $$name - $$ is followed by the full name of the clinician, including spaces, or can also match on additional information when identifying the code on your PIMS calendar.
Examples:
- $$Dr. John Smith
- $$Dr. John Smith 9am to 11am
- $$JS 9am to 11am
