How do I set appointment reminders and include calendar invites?

This article will help you set the period of time, in advance of a clients appointment, for them to receive a reminder, as well as being able to enable or disable Calendar invites, which are sent with the appointment booking notification.

To access the Advanced Settings


Login to your Vetstoria Dashboard, click on Settings > Advanced Settings > Reminders.

 


Appointment Reminder


AS-Reminders-AppointmentReminders

Sets the time frame prior to a clients appointment where they will be reminded they have an upcoming appointment. Select none in the drop-down to disable this feature.

Available Options

  • None
  • 15 Minutes
  • 30 Minutes
  • 1 Hour
  • 2 Hours
  • 3 Hours
  • 6 Hours
  • 9 Hours
  • 12 Hours
  • 18 Hours
  • 24 Hours
  • 36 Hours
  • 48 Hours

Calendar Invites


AS-Reminders-CalendarInvites


This sets whether the client will receive a calendar invite with their confirmation email that they can import into their scheduler on for instance a mobile device, or shared google calendar.

When you have made any changes, make sure you click Save Changes.
