This article will walk you through about what is a public/WAN static IP and how to find it. A public/WAN static IP is a unique IP address given to you and is used to identify and connect you to our services. Think of this as an address used in postal services, it is unique and is used to send letters/parcels to you and only you hence why it has to be a unique/static address.

You can find the IP address by a simple google search of What is my IP?"

Note: If you do not know whether or not your Public/WAN IP is static, please contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to verify.
