This article will help you get a better understanding on how to block a client from the Vetstoria Online Appointment Booking system.
The Blocklist feature allows you to block specific clients from using the booking tool.
It is found in: Settings > Advanced Settings > Blocklist
How To Add a New Block?
Click 'Add new customer' button to add a new entry.
You will be navigated to the below menu which consists of 3 sections.
Add the client name in the Client Name column.
The Blocklist Type defines the method on what to block by, and you have 3 points of data you can block with:
- Telephone
- IP Address
In the Details section, add the Email address, Telephone number or the IP address depending on the Blocklist Type you have chosen.
Click Save Changes.
What Does A Blocked Client See?
If the pet owner booking, enters details in the 'Pet Owner Details' Step, that meet the criteria of your rule you have entered, they will see the following alert encouraging them to contact the clinic.
How To Remove a Block?
To remove a block, simply click the recycle bin button to delete the entry.
