This article will walk you through the different "Admin only" settings which can be used by Vetstoria to further customise the client's booking tool when required.
Configurations
Start on First Slot Date
This setting, when enabled shows the first date with slots when slots are loaded for the first time. For example, lets say you're accessing the tool on the 14th of January but the clinic has slots only starting in February, if this is disabled you will see a page with empty slots as follows.
Enabling this setting will automatically take you to the day with the first available slot (as shown below) without you having to manually do this.
Sync PMS deleted Appointments
When an appointment is deleted on the clinic's PIMS, enabling this setting will automatically identify this and indicate this on Vetstoria. If disabled, appointments deleted on the PIMS will be still shown as an active appointment on Vetstoria.
Auto Sync PMS calendars
Enabling this setting will automatically sync calendars the with PIMS every week.
Maximum Search Ahead
Warning
Please be vigilant when you increase the number of days as this can direct affect the time it takes to load the slots.

Week Selection in Slot Exclusions
This adds more functionality to slot exclusion rules where the clinic can configure rules on a based on the week.
A/B Testing
Enabling this allows the clinic to test different setup options to see which one is the most efficient. i.e is there a better conversion rate when the maximum number of slots are set to 10 or if there is no limit?
Warning
When a test for a particular set of settings are in progress, no configuration changes can be made to these settings until the test is stopped
Display Slots based on time
Enabling this gives the pet owner the option to select the slots based on the time of the day.
Variable Appointment Type Duration
Enabling this allows the clinic to add multiple durations for one appointment type.
Telemedicine Integration
Enabling this, enables the Telemedicine feature for the clinic
Online Payment Collection
Enabling this, enables the payment feature for the clinic
Local Currency
Specify the local currency that is displayed to the pet owners when they make payments
Note:
This is only applicable if Online Payment Collection is enabled.
Workflows and Content Pages
Enabling this, enables the workflows and content pages (Disclaimer) feature for the clinic
Post Booking Redirection
- You can specify a URL which a pet owner is directed to upon the confirmation of an appointment
- You have the option of adding a separate URL for both new and returning clients
