How do I set the client fields required for a booking?

This article will explain how to enable/disable the fields which client information fields are displayed to the client and are required for booking.

To access the Advanced Settings

Login to your Vetstoria Dashboard, click on Settings > Advanced Settings > Details




You have 4 client fields available to you to specify what details to capture when taking the appointment. Toggle the Yes/No Switch to enable/disable the field for the client booking process.


Post Code



Title



First Name


Custom Field

Saving Changes

After making any changes, either click the Reset button to disregard your changes, or Save Changes to apply your changes. Your changes will become live immediately.
