Adding multiple recipients to the clinic notification email

Adding multiple recipients to the clinic notification email ( booking confirmation emails) allows you to send email notifications to multiple users such as receptionists, practice managers, and practice owners.


A maximum of 4 email addresses can be added per branch. Additionally, each recipient’s email can be configured to receive emails at different or multiple frequencies. 


For Example, ‘Branch 1’ can have :


reception@clinic.com = Immediate


practicemanager@clinic.com = Daily Summary


owner@clinic.com = Weekly Summary



Adding multiple recipients


Click 'on + Add New Notification Email' to add up to 4 notification emails for each branch.



A branch can have up to 4 notification emails, and each notification email can have its own frequency set.






Each email can have more than one type of frequency set. In this case, each email has two frequencies set for it.
