How do I set what Clinicians and Appointments are displayed during booking?

This article will help you configure how your clinicians and appointment options are displayed to your client during the booking process.

Access the Advanced Settings

Login to your Vetstoria Dashboard, and navigate to the Display tab by clicking on Settings > 

Advanced Settings > Display.

Maximum Number of Pets per Booking

This setting will set the option for how many pets a pet owner can schedule at one time in a single booking. Please note:  Each pet will generate a separate booking for the clinic. The recommended number is 3. 

When the pet owner selects the number of pets, each pet will be presented with a separate line to complete Species and Appointment Type detail for each pet as shown (The pet name and reason is completed on the next step of booking)

Display Clinician Name

When a pet owner books, all appointment slots for each of your consulting clinicians will be displayed. This can make the list long if the following setting is not used.

Ask for Preferred Clinician

Clinician Order

There are two options available:

• Default Order
• Order by Availability (Recommended Best Practice)

Slot Display

There are three options available

• Individual Clinicians
• Combine with option to expand (Recommended Best Practice)
• Combined view only

Show Actual Date in Date-Picker
