This article will help you find and use your specific shortened Reminder booking link which can be added to your reminder messages that you send to your client.
Navigate to Settings > Reminders
You have two versions of your booking link.
- Text URL Link
- QR Code Link (How do I use a QR code on my printed reminders?)
Setting up the base URL along with the Hash
Firstly, you would need to ensure that the base URL and hash has been configured correctly. You can set this up by following the steps below:
1. Navigate to the Task Panel section on RxWorks
2. Click on "options and setup"
3. Click on clipboard and imaging
4. Next click on web booking settings
5. Make sure you updated the Base URL and Site Hash
6. Click on OK
Setting up the Email Template
To set up your appointment booking link on your email template. Follow the steps below.
1. Navigate to the Message Templates section
2. Select Email from the drop down
3. Next, got to the merge fields section and click on the drop down and click on "Appointment Booking Link"
4. And then click on the "Insert merge filed" button
Example Template Messages
SMS Template
{Patient Name} has healthcare services due. Click {reminder link} to make an appt at {hospital name}, or call {hospital phone}.
Email Template
{Patient Name} has healthcare services due. To schedule an appointment please click here {reminder link} or call us at {hospital phone number}. We look forward to seeing you!
