How do I remind a pet owner who has not authorized their payment?

This article will guide you on how to remind a pet owner to authorize their payment.

Note:

An appointment needs to be Pending Pre-authorization in order to be eligible for a reminder.

Pre-authorization reminders can be sent through the Booking dashboard

The steps to send a reminder for a Pre-authorization are as follows: 

How to send a reminder from the Booking Dashboard

  1. Go to Appointments in your Navigational Panel

2. Open the appointment and click on Remind
reminder


Upon clicking Reminder, the system will indicate that a Payment Email Reminder has been sent to the pet owner successfully.
