This article will guide you to disable an appointment type on your Vetstoria platform
Given the current health situation, if you prefer to disable non-urgent appointment types you can do so by excluding all species per appointment type in your appointment type settings (Settings-> Appointment Types) as shown below.
Once this has been configured, the booking tool will only display the appointment types for which the species have not been excluded as shown below:
