How do I set up appointment availability based on an hourly pattern?

Vetstoria can display appointments to your clients based on an hourly pattern. This article will walk you through the process of setting this up.

Go to your Appointment Types configuration screen. Settings -> Appointment Types


Select Availability from the drop-down on the top left as shown below.

  • Select the appointment type you want to apply the pattern for and select hourly slots as shown below.

Add a pattern of your preference. Some examples are shown to you below:

Examples how slots are displayed: 

8:00, 8:30, 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30

8:00, 8:15, 8:30, 8:45, 9:00. 9:15, 9:30, 9:45, 10:008:00, 8:10, 8:20, 8:30, 8:40, 8:50, 9:00



Note: Hourly patterns can only be set up per appointment type.
