Top Tip:
If you're unsure how to create an appointment type, the following article will guide you through this process
- Create an appointment type called Urgent Appointments Only
- If you wish to block all other appointment types except Urgent Appointments Only from being available online, then you will have to exclude all species per appointment type (all except Urgent Appointments Only) in your appointment type settings as shown below.
Once this has been configured, the booking tool will only display the appointment type for "Urgent Appointments" as shown below:
