This article will help you create a "Clinician Call Back" appointment type on your Vetstoria platform

Allow your clients to select an appointment type during the booking process, and the vet will call the pet owner at that time.

  1. Create an appointment type called 'Clinician Call Back'
  2. Add a duration of your choice (5 mins, 10 mins, 15 mins, however long you want to allow for each call)
  3. Include a message to your clients (I.e: One of our staff will call you back at the time of the appointment, please be available at this time.
  4. Save your changes.
