This article will walk you through the process of creating a workflow on Vetstoria
Note:
Please note that in order to create a Workflow you need to make sure you have Content Pages created for this purpose. If you're unsure how to create one, the following guide will help you Setting up Content Pages on my Booking Tool
Creating Your Workflow
- Navigate to: Settings > Personalisation > Workflows
- To start creating a workflow click on Create Workflow
- Add a Name for your Workflow. i.e Disclaimer for New Clients
- Select the point(s) in the booking process where you want to add content pages. The example below shows a content page added between the Appointment details page and the Time Slot page.
5. Select the relevant content pages that need to be added.
6. Select the appointment types that are applicable to this workflow.
7. Activate your workflow, click on Save and click on Next to finalise your workflow
8. You will be presented with a message indicating that your workflow is now created.
