We've made further enhancements to ensure that we continue to integrate effectively with the latest version of the Merlin API. These updates will help ensure consistent and efficient scheduling processes across all clinics.
What’s new
This update with Merlin brings the following key benefits.
Enhanced client and patient matching: Our improved matching process now utilises all available phone numbers and email address fields across client records. This means more accurate matching, reducing errors and ensuring client information is correct across systems.
Automatic client/patient record creation: When no match is found in Merlin, Vetstoria will automatically generate client and patient records, especially for new client records. This includes capturing the address and other fields to help clinics minimise manual entry and simplify the booking process.
Clearer Appointment Labelling: With new labels—“Vetstoria—Matched,” “Vetstoria—Partial Matched,” and “Vetstoria—Unmatched,” your teams can quickly see which records need review, reducing admin for your teams.
