*To enable Vetstoria Chat, please make sure to first contact our friendly support team. They will assist in activating this feature on your Vetstoria platform.
Please note that chat needs to be enabled on the floating button before accessing the console. You can learn how to enable chat on the floating button by reading this article - How to enable chat with the floating button.
How to access the Chat Console?
1. Once the “Pet Owner chat” has been enabled on the Admin settings, a Chat icon will be visible on the navigation panel.
2. Select the Chat icon to be redirected to the chat console
3. At this stage, Web chat functionality is fully operational and ready to receive and respond to messages from Pet Parents.
