When workflows are enabled (and appointment types are selected for the content page in the workflow), by default if a pet owner attempts to schedule a multiple pet appointment, only the appointment type selected for the 1st pet will be made available for the subsequent pets. Refer screenshot below.
The highlighted part is blurred, where it will not allow the user to select an appointment type for pet 2 and pet 3 when multi-pet is selected.
How could this be mitigated?
If the content page is generic or appears prior to the appointment type selection step, we need to untick the selected appointment types (all) to overcome this concern.
Once this step is completed, we could then select the different appointment types when scheduling a multi-pet appointment.
