This article will walk you through how to configure AVImark users in a shared-server environment so that Vetstoria can read and write appointments to the appropriate hospital.
In shared-server environments, clinicians who work at more than one hospital need to be duplicated and assigned to each hospital where they work.
The following steps will guide you through the necessary settings in AVIMark to help Vetstoria easily identify each clinician to the appropriate hospital.
1) From the System administrator window, navigate to the users and Security.
2) To make a clinician's user profile available on Vetstoria, follow these steps:
2.1 Find the clinician's user profile and right-click on the menu.
2.2 Select "Locations" from the menu.
2.3 Configure the locations to ensure that the clinician is assigned to the appropriate site. If the clinician works at multiple branches, include all the locations.
2.5 If you are adding a new clinician to AVIMark, follow the same steps above.
3) Setting up the sequence for the users is optional, but it can be done after configuring the Locations. The sequence is determined by the order in which the doctors were added to Users and Security. If you wish, you can modify the sequence number once the new doctor information has been added and saved.
Once these checks are completed, you can contact Vetstoria Support to complete the integration with your locations.
If you have any questions or if you need further help, please log in to Vetstoria to chat with our team or use the Contact Support form linked at the top of this page.
