Welcome back to our monthly release summary! Here are the updates of Vetstoria’s new features and enhancements from September, so you can continue to have a seamless experience using our platform.
What's New?
New client bookings, appointments scheduled and cancelled events added to GA4 Event Tracking.
Stagger rules are now supported on SyncVet connections with AVImark.
What’s changed?
‘Message to be Included’ character limit now increased to 500 on Appointment Types.
Appointment Types now maintain previously ‘excluded species’ settings during resynchronisation.
Release Details
Email dispatch time stamps now shown on appointment cards.
You now view the confirmation email sent date and time (as shown below) in both UTC and clinic local time. This helps clinics understand when the confirmation email was sent to the pet owner.
New client bookings, appointment scheduled and cancelled events added to GA4 Event Tracking
We added new events to the GA4 Event Tracking function. You can now see new Client Bookings, and whether a booking was cancelled or rescheduled.

Stagger rules now supported on SyncVet connections with AVImark
If you are using AVImark with the SyncVet connection, you can now set up ‘stagger’, ‘Stagger’ helps to create custom rules to offset booking slots according to your clinic’s preferences.

Improved French translations.
Salut! We are pleased to highlight that we have added improved French translations to specific sections in Vetstoria. These include:

System Messages
‘Message to be Included’ under Appointment Types character limit now increased to 500
If you were unable to create meaningful messages on the ‘message to be included’ field due to the 200 characters limit; now you can! If your clinic uses longer languages such as Dutch or German for instance, now you can comfortably insert meaningful messages on email confirmations with the character limit increase.

Appointment types now maintain ‘excluded species’ settings during resynchronisation
‘Excluded species’ settings are now retained when performing a resynchronisation on appointment types with Vetstoria.
