Release Details

Email dispatch time stamps now shown on appointment cards.

You now view the confirmation email sent date and time (as shown below) in both UTC and clinic local time. This helps clinics understand when the confirmation email was sent to the pet owner.

New client bookings, appointment scheduled and cancelled events added to GA4 Event Tracking

We added new events to the GA4 Event Tracking function. You can now see new Client Bookings, and whether a booking was cancelled or rescheduled.

Improved French translations.

Salut! We are pleased to highlight that we have added improved French translations to specific sections in Vetstoria. These include:

  • Home Page

  • Appointments

  • Settings

  • Clinicians

  • System Messages

‘Message to be Included’ under Appointment Types character limit now increased to 500

If you were unable to create meaningful messages on the ‘message to be included’ field due to the 200 characters limit; now you can! If your clinic uses longer languages such as Dutch or German for instance, now you can comfortably insert meaningful messages on email confirmations with the character limit increase.
