Enable Multi Clinicians on VetIT

If your calendars are shared or rotated among several clinicians, this documentation will walk you through how to set up Multi Clinicians on VetIT. Follow the steps below:



1. In the title bar click on Configuration → Rota Setup.



2. This will load the  Rota Setup. Select the date you want to apply the multi-vets. After this, select the branch.




3.  Once the above is done, go to the section below Start Date/Practice/Locations. Pick the calendar where you wish to add multi-vets and select the week.




4.  The related calendar’s rota for the week will be loaded. Select a slot and right-click on it. 




5.  Once you click on it, a list will be shown to pick the doctor. Select the doctor.



6. The slot will be occupied by the doctor as shown in the image.



7.  To extend the duration, mouse-hover the edge of the slot where the mouse symbol will change to extending one. Then stretch up to the desired duration.



8.  After the necessary changes are done, under Publish section, select how many times the pattern should repeat and click on Publish Rota button.



9. Schedule Setup Propogation message will be shown. Click on OK.



10.  Next, move to Appointments. Under View Options section tick the Show Scheduled Vet checkbox. Select the related branch and calendar where multi-vet is added. The multi-vet added will be shown.



Vetstoria Configuration


1. Navigate to clinicians and enable the Allow multiple clinicians per calendar.




2. Go to Clinicians tab. As shown in the image, enter the name of the clinicians and assign the relevant branch.

Click on Save changes.
