This article will walk you through the process of setting up the "Confirmed" appointment status in ezyVet.
As part of the Vetstoria setup, we are required to use an appointment status called "Confirmed" for all appointments booked via our online appointment booking platform. In order to verify the correct "Confirmed" appointment status is active, please follow the following steps.
1. Log in to the ezyVet PIMS and select "Admin".
2. Then, in the left-hand dropdown menu, select "Settings".
3. Navigate to "Appointment Statuses" and look for the "Confirmed" Status under the search bar.
4. You then need to retrieve the link for the "Confirmed" status by right-clicking on the confirmed tab at the top.
5. Paste it into your notepad and check the ID—if it shows as "recordid=2" at the end, you’re all set.
If it’s not record ID 2, go to the "I/A" (Inactive) section and restore it by clicking "Restore" in the top right corner.
Note: If there are multiple "Confirmed" statuses listed in the Inactive section, repeat the copy URL step (step 4) for each one until you locate the status with record ID 2.
