This article will give you an understanding of how to add the availability on Fuga for Vetstoria.
Clinicians that are set up on Fuga are subjected to Public Agendas (i.e. Rotas) that need to be defined for availability to show on Vetstoria. Given below is how you can set this up:
Path → Agenda >> Public Agenda >> Add or Add multiple (for multiple days)
Note: Anything outside the Start time and end time defined above is considered a block-off.
Once the above is done, you will see the assigned agenda like so on Fuga for the relevant clinican:
Next, it is best to go into your Vetstoria account and make sure the slots are in accordance with what you defined above. If all looks good your clients should now be able to book appointments online.
