AVImark Multi-Site Sequence Management

This article will walk you through Multi-Site Sequence Management on AVImark.

When data in the AVImark instance is being shared by multiple hospitals you can specify the site or location this user normally works.

If the user works at multiple locations follow the below steps to add another location for the user.

From the System administrator window, navigate to the users and Security. 

Navigate to the particular doctor’s user profile and from there right-click menu and select Locations. Click the Site drop-down and select the appropriate site. Click Ok once the appropriate information has been entered.

Once this is configured, you can set up the sequence for the user. The sequence is set by the order in which the doctor was entered into Users and Security. Once the new doctor information has been added and saved, you may change this sequence number if you wish.
