[PIMS - ezyVet] Multi-clinician feature using $$ codes are now supported

Clinics using calendars as fixed resources, such as Consult Room 1, Consult Room 2 etc, were unable to control appointments being booked to specific Vets working on specific days.

With the multi-clinician feature, clinics can allow pet owners to select their preferred veterinarian and pick slots when they are working. This improves pet owner experience and maintains control of your schedule.

Partner Names now displayed in Analytics

Previously, partners using Vetstoria SmartLink Reminder functionality had shown in your analytics as 'SmartLink' and did give you true visibility of how your connected services were performing, especially if you were using more than one.

Now, Vetstoria will display the connected partners specific name, such as ‘PetDesk’ or 'iRecall', in your analytics, and in the appointment history on your Vetstoria platform so you can easily see, where your bookings came from and how these services are driving appointments to your clinic.

GA4 Event Tracking now supported on the New UI

Previously, GA4 Event tracking was only supported on the current UI.

We are introducing exciting features to the new booking UI and clinics can still have GA4 event tracking available to them when Vetstoria switches clinics to the new UI

*We are going to be rolling out the new UI soon, if you don't already have it, you will shortly.

GA4 Events - Prevent sending ‘Confirm’ step event when screen is skipped in configuration

Previously, if the confirmation screen was skipped it was still captured in Google Analytics as an event.

Now, if the confirmation step is toggled off in Admin Settings, Vetstoria will also suppress the sending of the event as it is not relevant. This in turn will prevent false information being sent.

[PIMS - Vetspace Merlin] Pet owners can now reschedule/cancel appointments after the clinic merges the ‘unmatched’ appointments.

Previously, a pet owner could not reschedule or cancel their appointment if an unmatched booking was made originally and the clinic merged this record with an already existing client/patient record.

With this improvement, when the clinic merges the unmatched appointment with and existing client/patient record, the pet owner will be now be able to reschedule or cancel their appointment.

[PIMS - Rhapsody] Availability beyond 7 days is now possible!

Previously, clinics using Rhapsody were unable to show availability beyond 7 days at a time due to certain limitations with our connection to Rhapsody.

Now these have been resolved, and clinics using Rhapsody can now display availability beyond 7 days, giving you more flexibility in terms of availability for your pet owners.

New Client Form City Field Character length extended.

Previously, the character length of the city field in the new client form was not long enough for some languages to capture the city name.

Now, these have been increased to 35 characters to handle longer city names.
