Release Details

New Client Form now includes ‘Consent to send marketing materials’ and ‘interest in wellness plan’ checkboxes.

If you were struggling to obtain consent from pet owners to provide information about wellness plans and/or send marketing information to new clients after registration, there is now a solution!

Clinics which have the new UI enabled can now add additional settings within their Vetstoria New Client Form to present ‘opt-in’ checkboxes to obtain the pet owner’s consent to send additional information on Wellness plans or marketing material.

Note: These are available on the New UI only. Users of the Old UI will not see these options. If you are currently using the old UI, our upgrades will be starting soon!

French Translations introduced to additional screens in the Vetstoria platform.

Bonjour! We are pleased to highlight that we have added improved French translations to specific sections in Vetstoria. These include:

  • Home page

  • Clinic settings - Email templates

  • Analytics

  • Traffic

    • Conversions

    • Traffic

    •  Appointments

New UI checkbox design updates

We've updated the check boxes in our booking platform so they are consistent with our new design.

When a pet owner ticks a checkbox, the entire box will ‘fill’ with the same color as you have configured for your clinic.

This applies to areas such as:

  • Disclaimer consents

  • Appointment screening consents

  • New client form options

New look in “Clinician’s Calendar Screen”

In some cases, the clinicians calendar screen would take too long to load due to the number of calendars that are retrieved from a practice management system (PIMS). This also caused slow loading times in areas such as the Appointment Types screen.

Now the calendar screen has been restructured. We've restructured the calendar screen so that only applicable calendars are visible. This helps you to select the calendars you want to use as your full list of calendars synced with PIMS is available in the drop down, allowing you to keep your screens concise and efficient.
