This article will help you better understand what the analytics provided by Vetstoria represent.

Appointments By Date

This chart displays the number of appointments made according to the date by both new and existing clients.
Existing clients are stacked on the top of the new clients in the column chart.

Booking Times

The is line graph shows the peaks when clients book appointments. The grey areas represent the out of hours bookings, and the white area represents standard operating hours of the clinic. You can read this chart by hovering the mouse over the dots, this will show you the performance at the particular hour.

Note: The times which pet owners are most active is usually a good time to send reminders as they are most responsive during this time. 

 

Traffic - Appointments Vs. Type

This chart can also be seen on the Home page in the form of a Pie Chart.

You can hover your mouse over each tile to see the number of appointments made under each appointment type.

Appointment Origin

You can see the number of appointments made by each device in this chart.

 

Hover your mouse over the filled area of each device type to see the number of appointments made using a particular device.

Appointments by vet

You will see the number of appointments booked for each Vet in this chart. If a Vet has zero appointments, it will not be displayed.

 

Hover your mouse over each bar to see the number of appointments including the name of the Vet under which they have been booked.

Count Of Appointments by Species

This Donut chart will show you the number of appointments made under each Species type.

Hover your mouse over different segments in this chart to see the actual number of Species of which the bookings are made for.

This chart describes the conversion of users across the booking process until a booking is made. 

Note: The sessions will not be visible if Google Analytics is not authorized.
