How do I view my dropouts?

Detailed analytics into your dropouts are now back. See which steps of the booking process a pet owner drops out at, the devices or origin, and can even focus in on new clients.

  • Click on Analytics on the navigational panel

  • Switch to the Conversions tab

  • You will be able to see a variety of dropout charts here. They are:
    1. TotalThis chart shows you the total number of dropouts from your clients for each stage in the booking process.

    2. Device - This chart shows the total number of dropouts based on the device your clients are using to book an appointment. Examples of devices used can include Mobile devices, Desktops, and Tablets.

    3. Origin - This chart shows the dropouts based on which type of booking link was used to book the appointment. i.e Website (Either through a direct link or embedded widget), Facebook, Google My Business, or through a Reminder.

    4. New Clients - This chart filters out to show only the dropouts from New clients which can potentially help you identify pain points a new client might face such as finding the correct Appointment type, Vet, or time slot, and help adjust your booking tool accordingly.
