How do I setup Multi-Clinician in Animana?

This article will walk you through how to setup Multi-clinicians on Animana.

1. Navigate to PIMS, Click on the “General Settings” button to view the General Settings menu.

2. Select the “Scheduling” button.

3. Select the “Scheduling” button for specific clinicians

It will then load the clinician schedule calendar.

4. Click on time and schedule a available time for a clinician.

5. Add the needed details and click on “Save” button.

6. After saved it, it will displayed like this on the clinician schedule.

7. Click on the “appointments” button to view the calendars

8. Then you can see the clinician color on the calendar. It means the multi-clinician setup is fixed and available for fixing on OABP end.

9. Next, move to the calendar view. For the related calendar the clinician colour will be displayed.
